The Smiths are keeping it real about cosmetic procedures — no ifs, ands or butts about it.

On an upcoming episode of “Red Table Talk,” per People, Jada Pinkett and Willow Smith revealed they’ve both considered getting a Brazilian butt lift, also known as a “BBL.”

“I’m glad we’re here talking about this today, the BBLs, because I was considering getting one,” Jada, 50, told her co-hosts, daughter Willow, 20, and mom Adrienne Banfield-Norris, 67, in the candid clip.

Willow quickly added, “Me too! I considered getting the tiniest little bit.”

But rather than seek surgical enhancement, the “Whip My Hair” singer instead decided to follow her mom’s exercise advice.

“I just got into the gym and got it anyway,” she said, while Jada laughingly added, “I told her. I said, ‘You want a butt? One thing your mother know how to do is build a butt,’”

Willow’s results ended up sparking rumors she’d gotten a lift after all, as the “Girls Trip” star told her she, “built it to the point where people thought [she] got surgery.”

Following her daughter and granddaughter’s candid chat, Banfield-Norris chimed in about beauty standards that put “more pressure on women to look a certain way.”

“You know it’s all about youth, so for somebody like me, the struggle has been extremely real,” she said. “Like I’ve had botox, then you get to the point where how much you’re gonna do, but then it almost becomes addictive.”

Pinkett Smith has previously opened up about cosmetic procedures on her talk show, revealing in 2018 that she underwent vaginal rejuvenation due to her bladder issues.

The latest “Red Table Talk” episode came shortly after the star debuted her shaved head in July, revealing that Willow — who also has a shaved style — inspired the ‘do.

And while the mother-daughter duo never got butt lifts, twinning tattoos were one idea they really got behind. In May, the pair got matching lotus ink with Banfield-Norris.
